Rebecca joined Ansham White Solicitors in June 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor, having previously completed the Master of Arts in Law from the University of Law.
Rebecca has a varied background, transitioning from Commercial Insurance Law, Rebecca moved into Investment Finance and subsequently into Housing & Property Litigation. She has experience in working on Landlord and Tenant dispute matters, defending/making claims in respect of harassment and/or anti-social behaviour. Rebecca regularly deals with property disrepair claims and defending/issuing possession proceedings.
At Ansham White, Rebecca has fast become a core element of the team and she predominantly works on Family and Wills & Probate matters, amongst others. Rebecca has a particular interest in Estate Planning alongside Contested Probate and hopes to specialise in the latter once qualified.
Rebecca has continuously displayed the ability to build long lasting client relationships and regularly carries out extensive legal research for both clients and other external legal articles. She conveys a high level of attention to detail when assessing client matters, allowing her to continually work with great diligence.
